Physics Week Three-Synchronicity

Synchronicity is a phenomenon that I'm sure many people have experienced at least once in there life. The anecdotal evidence from people's personal experiences is quite bountiful. However, is there scientific evidence to show it's validity? There's a pubmed article that I linked below to show evidence of synchronicity all the way back to when the earth was formed. Basically, during the early palaeoproterozoic era or roughly 2-2.5 billion years ago, there was a synchronistic event that involved a number of glacial events in combination with a very important rise in oxygen levels that led to the Great Oxidation Event which was extremely integral for human life to evolve and survive from the previously dangerous climate. Many scientists could not explain this strange occurrence of events and may be attributed to the phenomenon of synchronicity.

Connectivity is also another concept involving our connectedness within ourselves and the world around us including nature and other people. Humans have co-existed with nature since the beginning of time. We would not be able to fully reach our potential without that awareness of the smaller part we play of the bigger picture. We are simply born into a web of past, present, and future in a world that operates as an integrated whole. In TCM, and specifically in the book, Web Has No Weaver, we look at the body like a garden. Every part of our body is connected to each other and when imbalance occurs, it's most likely a pattern concerning the body as a unit. The Western view of the body looks at it like a machine, where we can remove the "broken" parts with disregard to how it will affect the whole system. Symptoms that may show up such as a headache, may not mean there is a problem with the head, but rather heat in the Liver. Finding the source of a problem requires looking into essentially the whole person...personality, physiology, past experiences, etc.
